Very few times do things turn out better than you expect. But Shatto delivered above and beyond my expectations. A JOB VERY WELL DONE!!! They were always friendly and courteous, and followed up with a call a few days laters, and again about a week later to see that I was completely satisfied. I had a Trane XL1000 installed on my home 16 years ago when it was built. It has run flawlessly, but I took advantage of upgrading to Trane's most efficient unit, the XV20, and I am well pleased with the unit. Now, let the savings on energy begin!!! Thanks to all!

He took the time to go over and explain our system, fixed a couple of minor problems and saved me money in the long run. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up for unnecessary services.
